Interiors

The villa is the main building of the location. Developed on three floors and a loft, it presently offers the ground floor rooms to host several different events: weddings, meetings, conventions, parties.

Immersed in the green of an admirable garden once it was the manor-house inside the vineyard. The indoor spaces offered by the villa are: a lounge, a dining room, a home bar and an ample veranda.

The lounge

The main lounge is located on the ground floor of the villa. The distinctive elements of the room are a finely floral frescoed ceiling and the warm color of the parquet floor, both heritage of the native layout. The fine vintage furniture includes: carpets, mirrors, sofas, tea tables of Oriental taste.

Preserving its native setting the luminous lounge can host up to 40 covers, which can be doubled by setting up the adjacent veranda.

The living room

The living room, once used as the main room for meals, retains its original appearance. The finely painted ceiling, the furniture and other furnishings make it a delightful background suitable for hosting small scale events.

It can host up to 20 covers, but it can also be exploited as an independant room in the context of a more formal reception. The possibility to meet the most diverse needs is what makes the location able to satisfy the special requests that each situation requires.

The Arabic garden

So named for its structure enclosed on all four sides, the Arabic garden stands where once there was a greenhouse, where plants not suitable for winter were given indoor sheltering. Today it is a covered area outside the house close to the lounge, which offers a private corner where you can have tea or enjoy a little rest.

On the occasion it may be equipped to accommodate extra covers for events organized in the lounge, in the garden courtyard or in the lawn, as it is conveniently accessible from all the three areas.

The cellar

Once it hosted the fragrant barrels which contained the wine produced from the vineyard. With its characteristic red bricks vault, today the cellar has been adapted as a home bar, where guests can enjoy together an aperitif or a digestive.
